The 2019 Mni Ki Wakan Summit brought together Tribal water resource departments, water distribution plant managers; Indigenous water rights advocates, researchers, and champions.
With over a dozen local, global, and national partners, and up to 125+ participants, Mni Ki Wakan utilized community water governance and democracies to arrive at collective innovations and regional teams to develop stakeholder vision.
